Made by R. Hoe & Co. New York. Hoe made many types of presses from the smallest "Washington" style to huge multi-cylinder newspaper presses. Because of their mammoth size and weight most of Hoe's cylinder presses eventually wound up in the scrap yard. What makes this press unique is its small size, approximately 5 ft. x 7 ft. The press is in good shape and turns over quite easily. Have the rollers recovered, and you are ready to print. A wonderful press and it's just the right size.
